Here’s a Beaver Island first: a food truck in town—well, first food truck in a long time. Richie Gillespie’s son Kevin has brought his award winning food tuck (or trailer) to the island. He serves gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and more. Open at 10 until 2, possibly with evening hours coming on the weekends. Check it out right across from the ferry dock in the driveway next to the Gillespie store and real estate office. Initial reviews are raves.
