BIA Vice President Dick Mulvihill was out earlier this week and captured some dramatic pictures of the impact of high water and easterly storms on the East Side.
Unfortunately, predictions are that the lake will continue to rise. And the lack of ice cover increases the potential for damage from winter storms as this graphic from the Chicago Tribune illustrates.
