We have this exciting news from a Beaver Island Historical Association post on Facebook:
The Sepeshy Mural has returned to the island. If you would like to sneek a peek please visit the Print Shop Museum and enter through the front entrance only. The Museum is open Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 11-5.
Funding for restoration was made possible by the many friends and supporters of the Beaver Island Historical Society, the Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs, Richard and Jane Manoogian, the Mike Sepeshy Family, the Northwest Michigan Arts and Culture Network, and an anonymous benefactor.
Conservation work was completed by Conservation and Museum Services Ken Katz.
