Tara’s Meadow is willing to write and submit the application for the Energy Transitions
Initiative Partnership Project (ETIPP ) technical assistance program on behalf of Beaver Island by the due date (April 15.)
The ETIPP is designed specifically to assist Islands like Beaver Island in planning for a low cost, low carbon, reliable, locally produced energy future. ETIPP also seems a beautiful fit for aiding in the completion of our upcoming Master Plan updates.
Seamus Norgaard is asking BIA members for minimal commitment of time and attention
described in the attached graphic. This needs to come from a small, dedicated team of
Islanders like yourself.
